The SKF Bearing Heating electric hot plate, 729659 C, is a professional heating device especially designed for pre-heating small bearings prior to mounting. The temperature of the plate can be adjusted at the turn of a knob to provide a temperature range of between 50 and 200 °C (120 and 390 °F).

The electric hot plate 729659 C consists of a heating plate housed in a metal casing with removable cover. The temperature is controlled by means of a thermostat. For increased safety the SKF hot plate is equipped with overheating protection. This will automatically switch off the power in case of thermostat failure.
