The Yokogawa CA500 Multi-Function Process Calibrator is a high-performance calibrator designed for use in multiple applications. The CA500 offers useful functions for field work and provides improved source and measurement accuracy, sufficient for calibrating field instruments with higher accuracy and confidence.

Corresponds to 17 types of TC standard (JIS/IEC/DIN/ASTM/GOST R)
Corresponds to 14 types of RTD standard (JIS/IEC/GOST R)
Achieves accuracy of 0.015% (DC current), 0.020% (resistance), and 0.3˚C (RTD)
Linear sweep function: Continuously Source from 0% to 100%
Step sweep function: Change output in a staircase (step) pattern by specifying number of steps
Program sweep function: Users can set desired output value (%) and number of steps
Robust and ruggedized body allows operation even in severe environmental conditions
Energy efficient design allows for longer battery life, up to 16 hours, for long term field use
Reflective LCD display provides improved outdoor visibility
Wiring information display function enables user to perform wiring while referring to wiring diagram
0%/100% keys allow source to be easily switched between 0% and 100% of range
Output is easily changed in preset steps by pressing Up or Down key
Keys related to generation and measurement are arranged together for easy and intuitive operation
For 4-20 mA, 1-5 V ranges, users can choose between Linear and Square Root output
USB port can be used for communication and power supply (USB adapter sold separately)
