The RI-200 Refractometer is fast, convenient, and easy to use. Simply put a few drops of the fluid to be measured on the sample prism, close the protective lid of the measuring cell and press the “Read’ button. The customdesigned microprocessor delivers a nearly instantaneous readout of refractive index, BRIX, alcohol, specific gravity or concentration of the sample liquid to enable quick and easy monitoring and quality control of your products. With dozens of scales to choose from and a lightweight battery-operated design, you can measure an endless variety of fluids in the laboratory, out in the field or on the production floor.
The large 5 inch LCD display is easy to read, even in dim light, and removes the subjectivity associated with interpreting where a boundary line crosses tiny scale divisions.
