Professional meter for Earth Resistance and Earth Resistivity measurements
The GEO416 is an innovative meter designed to perform earth resistance measurements with 3-wire standard method typical in industrial electrical installation environments which consists of single earth electrode or large ground systems.
This meter can perform 2-wire measurements (where auxiliary metal parts are available) extremely important in civil environments where 3-wire method application is not possible for logistical reasons. The GEO416 performs tests with a high measurement range (up to 50kOhm) with a test current at high frequency in order eliminate noise voltage disturbances on the installation. An earth resistivity test measurement with a 4-wire method is very useful on preliminary calculation of earth installation dimension.
The model can save each test result in the memory and can transfer saved dates to a PC through optical / USB interface with dedicated Windows software.
