The Yokogawa CA550 Multi-Function Process Calibrator with HART Communication Function is a high-performance calibrator designed for use in multiple applications. The CA550 offers useful functions for field work and provides improved source and measurement accuracy, sufficient for calibrating field instruments with higher accuracy and confidence.

Achieves accuracy of 0.010% (DC current), 0.015% (resistance), and 0.1˚C (RTD)
Supports HART communication, including reading of HART device information, writing of LRV/URV, and trimming of analog output
Offers automatic input/output testing (program sweep) by setting source values for each step for calibration target
Saves calibration results in CSV format, including generated value, measured value, error rate, date/time, and pass/fail
Linear sweep function: Continuously Source from 0% to 100%
Step sweep function: Change output in a staircase (step) pattern by specifying number of steps
Program sweep function: Users can set desired output value (%) and number of steps
Robust and ruggedized body allows operation even in severe environmental conditions
Energy efficient design allows for longer battery life, up to 16 hours, for long term field use

Wiring information display function enables user to perform wiring while referring to wiring diagram

For 4-20 mA, 1-5 V ranges, users can choose between Linear and Square Root output
