AMPROBE TMA40A Portable Anemometer

The Amrpobe TMA40-A is a three-in one measurement device that can be used to calculate air velocity/volume, relative humidity and temperature levels at the same time.

Using a flexible cord vane anemometer to calculate results, the TMA40-A's sensor is easy to hold in one hand inside an application while the other hand holds the meter. Since this device also includes settable measurement interval times between 1 to 200 seconds, its easily possible to adjust the measurement rate to a value that you need.

When carrying out CFM measurements accuracy is maintained over the duration of the test by the use inputting the overall area of the air source (e.g. duct dimensions).  The TMA40-A also features a number of different measurements modes and it is possible to carry out single point measurements, multiple point measurements up to 99 and the unit also includes datalogging capabilities.

The latter of these functions enables the TMA40-A to be used to capture data over a time period, and this device can store up to 2400 data points directly on its memory. Its also possible to send this data over to a PC via a USB connection (a cable is included for this process).
