Extech UM200 High Resolution Micro-Ohm Meter Details
An extremely convenient, portable handheld meter, the UM200 can be easily taken to a measurement point and be used to calculate insulation resistance values across 6 measurement ranges (with 3 sub-ranges in each current range).
The UM200 provides measurements of resistive and inductive materials, is both auto and manual ranging and has high resolution up to 1μΩ. A built-in comparator can be used to carry out Hi/Lo resistance testing with 20 sets of prestored values for quick referencing.
This micro-ohm meter includes measurement ranges of 60mΩ, 600mΩ, 6Ω, 60Ω, 600Ω and 6kΩ with all results calculated with high degrees of accuracy. Test results are shown automatically on a built-in 5 digit LCD screen and it also possible to use the built-in memory of the UM200 to store up to 3000 measurements directly on the device for later recall.
This tester also features the ability to interface with PC, carries out cable length measurements in feet or metres and uses maximum test current of 10A.
