A dual pole testing device, the E4550 can be used to make comparisons of phase between two energised conductors that are working at the same nominal voltage and frequency.
These phase comparators are available as both analogue meter and audible/visual indication models. This version - the E4550 - comes with an equipped analogue meter that can be used to give direct indication of phase conditions. It is suitable for use on both 11 and 33kV high voltage systems.

The E4550 can also be used both indoors and outdoors and is easily stored away thanks to removable handles.
We recommend purchasing a E4590 Proving Unit to accompany this device in order to check that testing accuracy is maintained both before and after a test.
