EXTECH MO260 Combination Pin/Pinless Moisture Meter

The Extech MO260 is a combination moisture meter, which means it is capable of carrying out evaluations of moisture levels either by use of completely non-contact technology or via invasive testing using the integrated pins in the device.
Results are shown on the MO260 in two ways - the numerical result is shown on the device's backlit LCD screen, and it also features a wet/dry bargraph calculator that lights up with LED lights designed to showcase how dry or wet the targeted material is.

When using the MO260's pinless detection mode it is capable of measuring moisture to a depth of 0.75" below the surface. This is a great way to get moisture indication without damaging the material, but if you need more in-depth measurements the pin measurement mode is great for this as well. It's ideal for use on multiple types of materials, including various wood types (it features %wood equivalent readings), particle board, carpeting, bathroom tiles and various other building materials.
