The Geotech 82100003 Portable Turbidity Meter Kit is a rugged, high-performance instrument designed for both field and laboratory water quality testing, offering precise, repeatable data. The meter complies with either EPA Method 180.1 (white light) or ISO 7027 (infrared) standards, depending on the model.  It is specifically designed to meet U.S. EPA Method 180.1 requirements using a white light source. The Geotech Portable Turbidity Meter is a rugged, IP67-rated, waterproof device designed for field and lab use, capable of floating even with the lid open. Key features include a choice of EPA-compliant white light or ISO-compliant infrared, a 1,000-set data logger, multiple calibration modes, and a large, user-friendly membrane keypad. The Geotech Portable Turbidity Meter is a rugged, IP67-rated, waterproof, and shockproof device designed for field water analysis, featuring 0-1000 NTU (model dependent) measurement capability, 0.01 NTU resolution, and a 1000-dataset data logger. It uses a 90° nephelometric method with either white light (EPA 180.1) or infrared (ISO 7027) sources.
