A two-in-one Extech meter that comes with a stroboscope feature that allows you to measure and analyse rotating objects. It also features a tachometer gauges RPM levels.
The stroboscope coarse and fine flash rate adjustments are available through device settings/options and can be used to freeze data and analyse objects moving at high speeds.
The display is LCD and found at the top if the device, and allows the characters to reverse depending on the mode that you have chosen to set the device to (given that you use two separate sides of the device). The LCD screen is 0.4 inches in size, and is a five-digit display.

The microprocessor within the device comes with a quartz crystal oscillator which is there to ensure consistently high accuracy.
The tachometer memory built-in to the Extech 461825: Combination Photo Tachometer/Stroboscope allows you to store the last, maximum and minimum readings, meaning that you can recall this information to your screen for easy and accurate referencing. The Extech tachometer reverses to use the two different settings.
